Photo ID (a driver licence is perfect) and proof of ownership — your registration papers, even if expired, or proof of purchase. We complete the transfer and disposal paperwork with you at pickup.

If the vehicle still has current registration, the plates generally need to come off and be returned to the Department of Transport and Main Roads, and you may be entitled to a rego refund. Our driver will talk you through it at pickup.
