Cars in a unit complex or townhouse
If the car is in a shared car park or a visitor bay, tell us when you ask for a quote. Body corporate rules vary, and some complexes need approval before a tow truck can come in. Check with your manager first if you're unsure, and we'll plan the pickup around what they require.
Tight entries and low clearances are worth mentioning too. They change which truck we send, and it is far easier to sort out before the day than on it.
Cars parked on the street
A car parked on the street can usually be collected from there. Tell us exactly where it is, whether it can be started, and whether the wheels turn freely. That lets us bring the right equipment the first time.
What affects the offer
The same things that decide any offer: the make and model, the condition, what still works, and the weight of the vehicle. A car that runs is worth more than one that doesn't, and a car with a sound engine and gearbox is worth more again.
